Refund and Replacement Policy

The Green Connect Farm and Fair Food team are a group of passionate, dedicated and helpful people who care greatly about the produce they grow, harvest and pack each week in your veg box. Your order is picked and packed by humans, which means mistakes can sometimes happen. 

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of the produce items in your delivery or notice an item is missing from your order, please take a photo of your box or the item in question and email us at fairfood@green-connect.com.au to let us know.

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee. This means we will replace any items that fail to meet quality standards for free in your next order! Please let us know of any immediate quality issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Your happiness and satisfaction with our produce is our number one goal. We will work with you to either replace the item in question, offer a credit or offer you another complimentary product, such as flowers from our farm, if we have made an error. Don't hesitate to reach out to the Green Connect Fair Food team should you have any issues, recommendations or questions. 

Cancelling orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order is processed at 10am on Monday. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after these cut-off times. 

You must pay for any products (including any delivery fees and taxes) which you have ordered if you attempt to cancel or change orders after these cut-off times.
