Understanding our Customers

We're looking for past, present, and potential Veg Box Customers to help us learn about what drives people to buy from our local farm.

The amazing team at Harness Projects has offered to help us gain a deeper understanding of the purchasing needs and motivations that drive our veg box customers.

To do this, a group of Advanced Research students would like to conduct interviews with current and past customers, as well as those who have considered becoming customers, to ask questions such as, “How did you hear about Green Connect?”, “What drove you to purchase a veg box?”, “What challenges or limitations have you experienced with your veg box?”, and more.

Phone interviews will last about 30 minutes and will take place between November 10th-29th.

Through this project, we hope to gain information that will allow us to better meet the needs of current customers and offer products/services that will help us attract and retain new customers.
